Na acne ligeira, com pontos negros e comedões, costuma ajudar. Na acne inflamatória, o primeiro passo é controlar a inflamação. A avaliação define a abordagem certa.

Fico com a pele marcada?

Normalmente não. A vermelhidão das zonas de extração desaparece em poucas horas. Ainda assim, não recomendamos fazer a limpeza no próprio dia de um evento.

What it is for

A cleansing facial removes impurities, dead skin cells and excess oil that your daily routine cannot clear. It unclogs pores, reduces blackheads and prepares your skin to better absorb the products you use at home.

It suits most skin types, including oily, combination and acne prone skin, or skin that simply looks dull.

How the session works

We start by examining your skin to adjust the products and intensity to your case. The session takes about 60 to 75 minutes and includes:

Cleansing and make up removal
Gentle exfoliation to renew the skin surface
Steam to open the pores and ease extraction
Careful extraction of blackheads and comedones
A mask suited to your skin type and needs
Moisturiser and sunscreen to finish

After the treatment

Your skin may look slightly red for a few hours, especially in the extraction areas. You can return to normal activities the same day.

For the next 24 to 48 hours, avoid heavy make up, direct sun exposure, saunas and exfoliants.

How often

To maintain the results, we recommend a cleansing facial every four to eight weeks, depending on your skin type. For oily or acne prone skin, the interval tends to be shorter.

When it is not suitable

With severe inflammatory acne, active rosacea, skin infection, active cold sores or skin irritated by recent treatments, a cleansing facial can make things worse. In these cases we assess first and, if needed, treat the underlying condition beforehand.

Can I have a cleansing facial if I have acne?

Will my skin be marked?
